Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fractional Precision Operations™ website and services operated by Achaibo Clinical ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Fractional Precision Operations™ provides clinical operations tools, career acceleration resources, and personalized coaching services, including:

• Career Power Pack™ ($14.99): AI-powered career development tools including Career Expanse™, Career Evolve™, and Interview Prep AI
• Strategic Planning Bundle ($29): Site selection and regulatory intelligence tools including Global Regulatory Readiness Scanner™, Global Feasibility Scoring Engine™, plus bonus Site Startup Workflow Navigator™
• Precision Ops Command™ ($69): Six mission-critical operational tools for clinical trial management
• Precision Patient Operations™ (Free-$4,999/mo): Enterprise SaaS for sample tracking and patient support operations
• GPT Genesis Forge™ ($3,500): Custom GPT system built in a 75-minute session with activation and follow-up support
• Fractional AI Strategist™ (Coming Soon): AI-powered strategic guidance platform

Payment Terms

Most products are offered as one-time purchases with lifetime access. Precision Patient Operations™ is offered as a subscription service with monthly billing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

For GPT Genesis Forge™, refunds are available if requested before the 75-minute build session is completed. Once the custom GPT has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and refunds are no longer available.

Subscription services (Precision Patient Operations™) may be canceled at any time. Refunds for subscription services are evaluated case-by-case based on usage and circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making purchases
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Not share your account access with others (individual licenses are for single-user use)
• Not use our services to compete with us or create similar products

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Achaibo Clinical and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products without written permission.

For GPT Genesis Forge™, you retain ownership of any content you provide during the build session. The custom GPT created for you is licensed to you for lifetime use.

Service Delivery Timeline

Service delivery timelines vary by product:

• Digital Products: Instant access upon purchase completion
• GPT Genesis Forge™: Custom GPT delivered within 48 hours after the 75-minute build session, with 30-minute activation call scheduled 2 weeks later and 90-day check-in
• Precision Patient Operations™: Enterprise onboarding typically completed within 1-2 weeks

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achaibo Clinical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee specific results from using our tools, including but not limited to career advancement, salary increases, or operational improvements.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful tools, you are solely responsible for decisions made based on information or recommendations from our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. For one-time purchases, you may retain access to downloaded materials but may lose access to online tools and updates.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
